• Bookings & care — appointments, services, and any notes, intake, progress, or health information you choose to provide to your trainer.
• Device & notifications — a push notification token (if you enable reminders) and basic technical/usage data needed to run the apps.

How we use your information

• To provide and schedule care, manage appointments, and send appointment reminders.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and app.
• To communicate with you about your account, bookings, and the practice.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example, hosting, email delivery, and push notifications), when required by law, or with your consent. Providers are limited to what they need to perform their service.

Health information

Information you provide about injuries, conditions, or progress is used to deliver athletic training and recovery services. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a physician.

Your choices

• Access & update — view and edit your profile in the app at any time.
• Reminders — turn appointment reminders on or off in the app’s settings.
• Delete your account — you can delete your account and associated data from the app’s settings, or by contacting us. Deletion is permanent.

Data retention & security

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13. Where we work with minor athletes, account and health information is provided and managed by a parent or guardian.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
